 Abstract

The main objective of this article is to take a step towards modeling the organizational structure of professional ethics as a social institution. Professional ethics is presented as a complex system of internal and external relationships of organizations as actors of the social institution of professional ethics. The characteristics of national states, international organizations, professional associ-ations and organizations as social actors are given. Particular attention is paid to business corporations, due to their role in national models of the economy. The corporate ethics programs include a code of ethics, a corporate governance code, supplemented by anti-corruption policies, anti-fraud policies, and information policies. The dynamics of professional ethics as a social institution tends to standardize mass behavior according to the criteria of professional and organiza-tional (corporate) affiliation. Standardization has become a global phenomenon as a result of multi-level and multi-vector management.
